A: Ultra Plans members receive extended session lengths, each lasting up to 10 hours. After the current session expires, you will move to the front of the queue for fast access to resume your gaming. Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription includes a base of 5 hours per cycle. You'll need to purchase additional hours if you wish to play for more than 5 hours in a single session.
Q: Where do I check if I am subscribed to paid plans?
A: Visit Member Center to check. You will see the name of plan you are currently subscribed to, current and next billing date and payment method.
Q: What payment methods can I use to sign up for GeForce NOW?
A: We offer credit card , Taiwan Mobile telecom billing (Taiwan only) , online virtual ATM and cash.as payment methods.
Q: I've already subscribed to the previous Ultra Plan w. Can I continue with it?
A: Yes, if you don't cancel your subscription, all promotional offers you received when you subscribed will continue, and you'll be able to renew at the same discounted price. However, if you cancel your subscription and then wish to re-subscribe to the Ultra Plan, it will be at the prevailing price at that time.
Q: How do I use virtual ATM or Taiwan Mobile physical storefront to as payment method? (Taiwan only)
A: Following the instructions below to choose any payment method that suits you:
- If you are a new user, please sign up to become a member first. Click “Sign Up | Sign In”, scroll down to choose “Create one now”. Fill in your personal information to complete the registration.
- Go to Subscription Plan page to choose the plan to your liking.
- Choose “Virtual ATM” or “Taiwan Mobile Storefront Cash Payment”[*these payment methods are currently limited to locals only.]
- Complete the information for the invoice with your real name, email address and physical address.
- You will receive details to your subscription and payment. Save it as screenshot to pay through physical ATM, online banking or Taiwan Mobile storefronts.
- Once the payment is complete, you can sign back in after 3 to 5 minutes to Member Center to check if the membership status has been updated.
Reminders:
- Taiwan Mobile storefront for cash payments is not limited to TWM users but open to all telecom users.
- Details from the abovementioned payment methods are time sensitive. Please complete your payment before 12pm the next day. Once the payment details are expired, you can resubscribe the plan of your choice.
- Please confirm all the details are consistent to what we provide on the website before making the payment. If the payment information is inconsistent, the plan will not be subscribed as it’s considered to be unpaid.
- You will be able to find all the payment information in your email which is linked to your account registration on GFN. You can also find if in the Member Center after the subscription page is closed.
- Auto renewal will not be enabled for subscription plans paid with cash at TWM storefronts or through virtual ATM.
- Refunds are currently not available for these payments.

Q: What games are available?
A: Yes, the latest Mac and PC apps support in-game mic. Now you can voice chat with your friends, or foes, in game during your epic battles. You can use Bluetooth and wired microphones with this feature. If you are using a Bluetooth gaming headset, please read this Knowledge Base article to optimize your gaming audio.
Q: Why do some games have my native language, but others do not?
A: Some games support in-game language changes so that you may be able to play games in your native language. We will add more language support through frequent updates.
Q: How do I install a game?
A: Games must be downloaded and installed from the digital stores. You will be prompted to log in to verify that you own the game before you can install it on GeForce NOW. You must also accept any license agreements that are part of the normal download and install experience set by the publisher.
Q: How do I launch and play a game?
A: First, use the search bar to find the games you own and add them to your GeForce NOW Library. Once added, you can click on the game tile and launch the game on your GeForce NOW gaming rig in the cloud. It will look and feel like you are launching the game on your device, when, in fact, GeForce NOW is launching it remotely and streaming it back to your Mac or PC.

Q: What Android phones are compatible?
A: We support Android phones with 2GB or more of memory and Android 5.0 (L) or later. Please be aware that by streaming games on your phone’s mobile data plan you may use up data quickly. We recommend a 5GHz Wi-Fi network connection for the best experience.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Once you’ve logged in to your GeForce NOW account on your phone, jump into your library of recently played games and continue playing where you left off. A Bluetooth gamepad is strongly recommended. *Note: Some games may require a connected gamepad controller or wireless keyboard/mouse. Check out these gamepads and more in

Q: Why is GeForce NOW asking to access my audio?
A: This is Android’s way of indicating that the GeForce NOW app wants access to your phone’s microphone. From here, it enables your in-game voice chat. We do not record this audio.

Q: Why are some games available in other countries but I cannot play them?
A: GeForce NOW follows local content-rating agencies. We try to have all supported games available in all countries, but some games are prohibited in some countries. Please use the search bar on our supported games page to see which titles are available.
Q: Do I need to own games?
A: You can play one of the many free-to-play games available on GeForce NOW, but for all other games, you need to own or purchase them with one of the supported game stores before playing them on GeForce NOW.

Q: Why does it says "downloading" sometimes when I am in the rig?
A: There are some games with a great amount of DLCs, so it will take some time to download on the cloud for the first time you play this game. Sometimes when the update patch is considerably large, it will take some time to download as well. Take Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as example:
- Regular process: Search for Witcher 3: Wild Hunt → hit "Play" → bind your Steam account / log in to Steam → Game starts automatically / Click "Start Game" to have fun!
- With major updates and DLC downloading: Search for Witcher 3: Wild Hunt → hit "Play" → bind your Steam account / log in to Steam → Get into the game and start downloading → Once downloading is complete, click "Start Game" to have fun!
Q: Why can’t I play some certain games in Mandarin Chinese?
A: For this certain situation, games such as Starfield, PAYDAY 3, Age of Empires IV, etc, will be used for explanation. As the game language on GFN is set following user’s gaming device language, if your device language is set to be Mandarin Chinese, yet the game language on GFN is still English and cannot be manually changed in the games, that means GFN currently does not support Mandarin Chinese as game language. To enable game language in Mandarin Chinese requires support from the developers of the games. GFN will keep working with the developers of the games to optimize the gaming experiences by support Mandarin Chinese as game language.
If users play with PC and the games are purchased from Steam, we suggest trying the following instructions to change game language to Mandarin Chinese:
*This is to change the game language manually and not applicable to all the games. If your games are not purchased from Steam and the game language cannot be changed manually, that means currently Mandarin Chinese is not supported yet.
Using PAYDAY 3 as an example to manually change the game language:
- Start Steam and start any games.
- Once the game starts.
- Leave Steam Store page, go to Settings > Content to choose game language to Mandarin Chinese and wait for the game to launch.
About Ultra Plan
Q: I used all my Ultra plan hours. Can’t I play anymore? Does it turn to basic plan?
Q: If my Ultra Plan hours run out before the current period ends, can I still play? Will my plan revert to the Basic Plan once the hours are exhausted?
A: If you're on the Ultra Plan, you can still continue playing even after your included hours run out. However, you won't be able to select the highest frame rates and resolutions, and your maximum single play session will be reduced to 6 hours. This applies to both the monthly 50-hour Ultra Plan and the daily 5-hour Ultra Plan after their respective hours are exhausted.
Once your daily Ultra Plan ends, your account will revert to the Basic Plan.
Please be aware that for certain games, due to global regulations or specific play restrictions from the NVIDIA , you might not be able to continue playing at all once your Ultra Plan hours are exhausted. In such cases, you'll need to either purchase additional Ultra Plan hours or wait for your hours to reset in the next cycle to regain full Ultra Plan benefits. You can purchase additional hours

Q: Can I upgrade my Premium Plan to the Ultra Plan on my current account? Can I cancel my current Premium Plan and then subscribe to the Ultra Plan instead?
A: Due to the Ultra Plan being a separate plan with server system limitations, it's not possible to directly upgrade your Premium Plan to the Ultra Plan on the same member account.
We suggest you cancel your current Premium Plan via the Member Center on our official website. Once your current plan ends, you can then re-subscribe to the Ultra Plan. Alternatively, you can pre-order ultra plan , and it will become active after your current plan ends.

Q: My membership account has the previous Ultra Plan. Will my playtime remain 30/50 hours?
A: Members who subscribed to an Ultra Plan (monthly or higher) before July 21, 2025, and maintain subscription can continue to use GeForce RTX 4080 performance-level servers at their original plan price. Their playtime per period will remain at the original plan's 30/50 hours.
For members newly subscribing to the new Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription, the membership fee of NT$200 includes 5 hours of basic playtime per cycle . If you wish to increase your playtime with the new Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription, you can consider purchasing additional hours.
Q: I'm currently subscribed to the Ultra Plan (monthly/quarterly/yearly). What will happen when the new Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription goes live?
A: As long as you maintain your Ultra Plan subscription, you'll continue to be billed at your original price. The discontinuation of the Premium Plan and the launch of the new Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription will not affect your existing plan. You'll still enjoy your original 30/50 hours of base playtime. After your hours are exhausted, your will be downgraded as current ; you won't be able to select the highest frame rates and resolutions for your gaming experience, and your maximum single play session will be reduced to 6 hours.
Q:What happens when you run out of hours on the Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription?
A:When you've used up your hours on the Ultra Plan Hourly Subscription, you can still keep playing, but your experience will change in a few ways:
• You won't be able to select the highest frame rates and resolutions for your games.
• Your maximum playtime per single session will be reduced to 1 hour.
• You might experience queuing before starting your game.

Q: How do I launch and play a game using KBRO/TWM Broadband TV set-top box?
A: Follow the following steps on your TV set-top box to install GeForce NOW application.
- On Homepage, choose "Cloud Gaming" services and open GeForce NOW application. Choose "Log in" by scanning the QR code on your TV screen using your mobile phone.
- Fill in the 8-digit verification code on the webpage and it will redirect you to GeForce NOW login page.
- On the page, choose to log in with other service provider to log in with your KBRO/TWM Broadband account.
- Once login process is complete, you can close the page and have fun gaming on your TV set-top box.
Q: I already have GeForce NOW membership. Do I need to re-purchase if I want to use KBRO/TWM Broadband set-top box?
A: You can simply sign in with your GeForce NOW account on TV set-top box. No need to re-subscribe.
Q: I subscribe GeForce NOW on BRO/TWM Broadband set-top box. Can I use the same account on my PC, mobile phone (Android, iPhone), MAC and Chrome browser?
A: Yes, as a GeForce NOW member, you can play any game across all different devices. *Note: Accounts cannot be used to play at the same time on different devices.

GeForce NOW Instructions of DLC Updates
Q: GeForce NOW Cloud Gaming Services allows users to play game without downloading it. However, it shows downloading at times. Why?
A: This is because some of the games have more DLCs than other games, so for the first time playing these games, it would require some time to download on the cloud. Sometimes when the update patch is too large, it would require some time to download the update patch on the cloud right after its update, too. Take The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for example:
Step 1: Find The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on GFN.
Step 2: Connect to Steam. Put in your account and password.
Step 3-1: For most games without major update or DLCs to install, your choice of game will start right away. Or you can click to launch the game manually.
Step 3-2: When there’s a major update or DLCs to download, the game will show “install”. Click it to proceed.
Step 4: Once the download is complete, click to start the game.
