Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to GeForce NOW Powered by Taiwan Mobile . We're writing to inform you of upcoming adjustments to both the Performance Plan and Basic Plan, effective this July.

■ What’s Changing?

To better serve our community, we are discontinuing the Performance and Basic Plans. This change allows us to enhance our high-end server technology and deliver even greater performance. This ensures all members will continue to enjoy top-tier quality and a smooth gaming experience.

■ Introducing The Revamped Ultra Plan

We're also announcing a revamped Ultra Plan, featuring a new Ultra Hourly Plan. This offers members control to manage their playtime and charges. We sincerely invite you to change to the Ultra Plan. Rest assured, your future subscription price will not be affected by these new changes.

Key dates and details：

* July 20, 2025: The Performance and Basic Plan will no longer accept new accounts.
* July 20, 2025: The current Ultra Plan (daily/monthly/quarterly/annual memberships) will only be available until this date.
* July 21, 2025: These plans will transition to the brand-new Ultra Hourly Plan. If you are an existing Ultra Plan member, please maintain your current membership without interruption before the new Ultra Hourly Plan launches; your pricing will not be affected by the transition.
* October 31, 2025: Performance Plan services will conclude.

For membership-related inquiries, please submit a request through our official website's customer service system for prompt assistance. Regarding refund applications, processing is expected to begin mid-August, or you may opt to receive N+1 free months of the new Ultra Hourly Plan membership as an alternative.

Add-on hours fee	When your plan’s playtime hours are fully used , we offer three top-up options. 5 Hours: NT$200 10 Hours: NT$400 (plus 1 bonus hour) 20 Hours: NT$800 (plus 5 bonus hours)
